Yoga is a physical and mental practice where one moves, stretches, strengthens, and breathes to balance the body and mind. Originating in India, it was originally used to prepare the body for meditation. There are many forms and styles of Yoga, so you can find the one that works for you!
I currently teach Online Drop In Yoga Monday evenings at 7:15pm (MST). This class is a gentle flow yoga with safe, deep stretches and mild strengthening. These classes also may include: short meditations, mantras, Qi Gong, intention setting, and much more! Open to all skill levels and experiences.
